Here is a new concept which we are introducing at our March 3rd California Pumpkin Growers meeting at Elk Grove: As part of our Silent Auction we are auctioning off 60 minutes of telephone consultation from some of the world’s best growers (which can be split up into as many as 3 phone calls) and a seed (or more in some cases) which the grower has produced. You may pre-bid on these auction items until noon Pacific time on Wednesday, February 8th. Bidding will continue on these items at the March 3rd meeting. Proxy bids can be place with Russ Pugh (russ@vineman.com) through 5:00 PM Pacific Time on March 2nd by anyone who places a bid here online. Bidding on these items will begin at $30 and will be increased in $5 intervals.
