The MePGO crew welcomes all growers to our 2014 super silent seed auction which starts at midnight tonight EST and will run until 2 pm EST January 12th .

LOT 43 . Great selection of seeds from Steve Daletas which INCLUDES his super 1676.5 seed that Matt DeBacco used to grow his 1766.5 in 2013 .

Important Info on Lot 10.

We grew the Wallace 2009 seed in 2013 and in August we were dealing with a disease issue in the stem and unfortunately the soft stem was starting to enter the pumpkin so we ended up picking and weighing the pumpkin on September 8 , 2013 . My scale has been a calibrated scale.

Photo's were taken and then I cut the pumpkin up to retrieve the seeds as this was a 2009 X 2009 ( self ) pollinated cross .

The photo was sent to Ron Wallace for his records and IF anyone is interested in viewing this 1245 dmg pumpkin email me and I will reply with the photo . [email protected]

Put 2009 Photo in the subject box please .

The OTT measurements totaled 365.5 inches and the pumpkin weighed about 200 pounds Heavy !!!

I am looking forward to growing this seed myself in 2014 .

I'd like to bring some attention to Lot 29 in our silent auction . Scott Steil donated the seeds listed which includes the 1734.5 seed ( 220.3 DeBacco X SELF ) and he had made public in the message boards here on BP.com on 10/ 30 / 2013 he is having a contest with that seed and is offering $ 1000.00 to the person who grows the largest pumpkin with that seed next season . ( 2014 )

The seed pack has a unique number and I think whoever wins the bidding on the Lot should contact Scott to let him know the number you have plus your name and where you are from .

Here is some good information on Lot 6 which is 100 AG seeds for each of the 2 Lots .

The 100 seeds consist of 50 from the Berard 790 ( 2010 ) cross is F ) 1288 Wallace X M ) 1385 Jutras WOW !

The second 50 seeds are from the 912 Berard ( 2012 ) and is the F ) 1789 Wallace X M ) 1560 Urena WOW !

Anyone looking for a 2009 Wallace X 2009 Wallace cross ??? In Lot 11 of the MePGO seed auction which is a set of my 2012 seeds I am adding my 1245 dmg ( 2013 ) seed ( had a soft area in the stem ) to the lot bag which I am packing right now .

The seed auction web page does not and will not show the 1245 being in there BUT I am putting it all 3 Lots and whoever is top bidder at 2 pm Sunday will receive the 1245 plus all the seeds listed .

Lot 10 has a 1245 dmg seed in it as it is a complete listing of our seeds from the 2013 season .

I added the 1245 to Lot 11 ( seeds from our 2012 season ) to help Boost interest and bids in Lot 11 .

Hi Jordan , ( I have a son named Jordan ) As long as you were the first bid on 23A you should be OK , I will ask one of the guys doing the manual bidding to reply here to let you know IF you were the first and only $ 5. bid on 23A .

2 Lots on Lot 23 so 2 sets of seeds will be mailed out ....

Hi Jordan.....I just checked and you are NOT the current winning bid on 23A. When your bid came in you didn't specify which 23 lot and somebody had already bid $5 on 23A so I put your bid on 23B since there was no bid. But now you have been out bided. Hope this helps.
