So yes it can be bought, but only by commercial growers with appropriate licensing.

Most growers that use it here, buy it online from amazon.com, not amazon.ca.

You need a license to buy it in Canada BUT if you buy it in the states and bring it across there is no issue or as Glen mentioned Amazon or Ebay dot com
