We are happy to announce the 2010 GVGO Seed of the Year after much debate by the executive and polling 10 of our long standing members the vote was very close and only won by a one vote margin. So without further adue it is the 1330.5 Johnston-Butler and the cross on it is 985 Werner x 1161 Rodonis.

Every seed pack that goes out will have one of these seeds in it and when you grow this seed in 2010 you are eligible to win on of three cash prizes for the top three weights grown off this seed. Contest is open to all 2010 GVGO members World Wide for officially weighed pumpkins. Good Luck

1st prize in 2009 was $500 and won by John Vincent and we might up the prizes in 2010 and will announce them after our spring meeting. Good Luck to all in 2010!
