if you want green, I would go with one of the bottom two... perhaps use the 1221 as a pollinator to a squash plant to hopefully get green the following year. should be about 50% chance of gettig a greenie the following year from a squash crossed with a (squash x pumpkin) cross.

if squash is ss, and a pumpkinxsquash cross is Ps, then a squash crossed with a Ps, such as the 1221, would give the following:
(ss x Ps) gives ss, sP, Ps, ss. the "ss" should be green, and the "Ps" orange, since the pumpkin dominates the color. so 50% green, 50% not green. not this simple in real life, but pretty much seems to hold from what I've heard. search through the last few winters of posts on pumpkin/squash crosses- it has been explained in detail, and maybe a little clearer than what I wrote.

Good chance of the 1221.5 Robinson throwing orange..

Why the 1135 Jutras over the 1486.6 Jarvis CountryKid? I have both and having a hard time picking which one of these myself....

Yeah, I would say the 1135 is your best bet also. She will be planted here.

1135. I seen the 1130 in Joe's Patch, it was a very nice blocky fruit. and the color was great.I think this crossed with the 1486 will produce a superior shape and help with the 1486 color.

For the 1130 pic, My Matchmaker.com says 'Picture doesn't fit the profile' for party purposes;)
I believe the 1130 Jutras in the 1135 Jutras cross was a 2011 fruit...is diary showing a 2012 fruit? Either wasy 1135 is the 1486 with a 'twist'...I'd like to see her dance in my patch;)
  Happy growing

Sorry Bry, I think I see what you're saying... pictured is a photo of the 1130 'offspring' plant and fruit which was the pollinator of the 1135? Either way 1135 Jutras looks good.

i like the 1135 cross , I think the size potential in the 1486 and the blockiness of the 1130 makes a great cross. will be interesting to see the progeny from it, are you growing it Joel?
