I received beetroot and giant parsnip in the EGVGV seed promo. Where might I go to read up on these besides just googling the names. Thanks

I will be writing about both in the March issue of our newsletter, Andy. You might want to start the parsnips inside now though (room temperature). Just regular starting mix for now, later you will need much sandier soil. For the beetroot, you needn't worry about those for a while.
