Yesterday suddenly 12 kg in stead of 5 kg gian for my small monster, I wish that would be every day. :-)
Finally we have warm and sunny weather again, humid even. Not bad, but how long it will continue, forcasts are not so positive ater 3 days.
Lets hope on some more longer heath in September!
Any experience around, Europeans?
Greetings, Theo.

I think you need new batteries for your weigh scales. :)

The gain is reducing to only 3 kg per day now, due to poorer weather conditions.
On the scales 306kg, via measurement 262 kg, so I should be happy to reach 300+ for sure.
Let's see what september brings.
England and Belgium are still ahaed on me, it seems. So I am very happy with the national record, if things keep going well. And breaking my personal best, may be twice, not bad at all. The nice orange monster is allmost 200kg and could reach the PB of 226,5kg of last year. :-) And so far no reason to think it should not.
European contest, we'll see, lets keep the tension high :D:D:D
Ragards, Theo.
