All my pumpkin plants have the same size of leaves, but the 917Ghaye04 has much bigger leaves than all the others.
Could it mean chance on bigge pumpkins too?

Al the other plants I have transplanted twice and have some yellowish glow in the green colour of the leaves, except the 917Ghaye04. This one is exceptional green and has much bigger leaves. The first big leave was so big the stem broke partly.
I think the double transplantation has coused too much root dammage and all of these have a backdrop in growth and less nice leaves.

Does anyone has similar experiece?
Advice may be?

Pumpkin leaves have little to do with pumpkin size. I have had little leaves and big pumpkins and the other way around.
Due to the bad weather a lot of leaves are looking a bit yellow. They will turn green again if we ever get any sun.
Transplanting is never good for a plant but once in a while we have to do it.
Wait until around June 20 and see which plant is the biggest then! In October you can see which one grew the largest pumpkin.

Thanks Brad, for your responce.

I think also the cold causes yellow leaves, but Jos' 917Ghaye04 seems resistant/immune to it. It keeps growing without any hasitation, keeps nice green too. And it has so many more leaves, but the female flowers are not yet in sight.
May be it is that I have pampered it so much from the beginning, the nices place, then most carefull with watering (if the water was somehow cold), etc. But it is standing with all other (yellowish) in the same greenhouse.
I'll place a photo again now.

Something nice from Nepal:

The offspring from last year pumpkin seeds do well there.
The Nepalese growers are astonished about the size of the leaves of these plants.
Lets see what happens there, I told them what to do, anyway these people there are experienced pumpin growers. :-)

In Kenia the drought was so extreme, now they have very very heavy rains and everything planted is washed away, including food crops.... :-( famine getes worse through that. Aid and moneycollection should be organized to save chldrens lives there, oh my God
