Hi everyone
The copper levels in my soil are presently at .2 ppm. I would like to raise this level to 1.0 ppm in my 2400 sf patch. My questions are, what product to use, application rate for 2400 sf, and when to apply.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks Ed

If you're growing a cover crop you can spray it with a copper based fungicide before tilling it in.

0.8 X 2 / 43,000 X 2400 = amount of Cu needed in pounds, or X 16, the amount in ounces. If your copper sulfate is say 25% copper you would need about 3/4 cup of copper sulphate crystals. If your patch is about 8 inches deep.

Condo Thank you for your informed answer. If I am understanding this correctly, 3/4 of a cup of copper sulphate cristals @ 25% Cu will be enough for my 2400 sf area?
