Contact St Croix growers at http://www.stcroixgrowers.org/index.html
Somebody there should be able to help you find a source in your area.
A garden supply store or greenhouse might be another alternative.
Shipping charges ain't cheap.

Ben, if you ever get to central mn, check out belgrade feed store (ask for kevin), that is where I get all my stuff, blood meal, humate/humic acid, alfalfa meal, kelp meal, bone meal, and pretty much anything I ask for, call in advance it takes a few days to round up all the stuff. Shipping on 50 pounds bags will cost you more then the product, I would guess you can find a local source of this stuff, feed stores are the best source of this stuff.

I believe kelp meal straight from the manufacturer is probably the best price. Try North American Kelp for that one.
