Is it best to send out a spring soil sample before or after I till in my winter rye?

I will probably mail out my soil sample around April 1st....but dont plan on tilling in my rye until mid April.

What is best?

If it was me.. jeremy.. I'd mail sample prior.. to adding the winter .. rye,, that way you may have an idea of how much to add.. but just my thought on this .. best to you ,, curt and sue
