I'm no expert, but for 500 square feet I'd add:
1/2 of a 50 lb bag of alfalfa meal
24 lbs. bone meal
5 lbs potassium sulfate
4 lb. bag or box of epsom salt
40 or 50 lb. bag of lime
1 yard of compost

The Lowes in my town sells bone meal in 24 lb. bags. 24 lbs might sound like too much to some but 4 ppm is really low. Hope this helps.

PG, email me at tprivitera@optonline.net, I would be happy to make a few recommendations, your levels need to be balanced, phos, potassium, calcium and manesium all need adjusting. Your nitrogen doesnt need to be adjusted until spring.
The biggest mistake is to add too much at one time, I suggest adding half of the necessary amendments now and half in the spring to avoid creating a toxic enviroment.
