When pulling plants out end of season and all thats left are weeds everywhere....what is best to do with them?

1. Spray roundup and let them die before tilling and adding amendments?

2. Till them under? Wont this just make more come up the next season?

3. Pull as many out as possible by hand before tilling?

If they are going to seed get them out of the patch. Finish the rest off with roundup.

I burn all weeds That are gone to seed with a big torch before I plow or till.
