Is there a prefered amount of days prior to planting seedlings in patch, that you add your goodies. kelp, alfalfa pellets , humic acid , ect.. can you add to soon or does it really matter ? thanks for replys, Bill

I add my micro nutrients etc as soon as I have time. Adjust the pH as soon as possible, it takes time to correct youre acidity. If youre adding something that the plant needs to grow with like 10-10-10, wait until just before planting since it will wash in with time and you wont derive the full benefit.

One to two weeks prior to planting date Bill. Add your amendments and till in. If you have surface-only and drench-in amendments, wait until planting day.

thanks Joe, My problem is I'm going out of town to work from 4/6 till 4/30. just trying to make sure patch is ready to go wene I get back. Dont want to get behind
