I have heard that growers are using Coffee grounds and till it, but how many can you add for a maximum result ?

Coffee grounds are very good for the patch. I put several inches on each fall and till it in. Like Richard said, the worms love it, plus it really gives your soil a good texture. Smell isn't too bad, either. It's a very good source of sterile organic matter. It's nutirent value is minimal, but I think it contributes well to an overall fertilizing program. I copied and pasted the nutrient information directly from the Starbuck's website---
Primary Nutrients Nitrogen 1.45% Phosphorus ND ug/g Potassium 1204 ug/g Secondary Nutrients Calcium 389 ug/g Magnesium 448 ug/g Sulfur high ug/g
