What ammendments do I need to make? My soil is a clay loam.

lime, 200lbs or more, calcitic, loads of leafs, compost, and 200 lbs or more gypsum. looks pretty ok.

Limes to adjust the ph wich needs go up oviously. might need more then 200lbs...calcitic because your mg is pretty good and the % in base saturation is pretty high already, so dolomtic lime would be a bad choice. The leafs and compost to increase the organic matter and the gypsum to increase calcium,,,if in base saturation you could bring it up another 10% that would be good.
If you ammend this in fall you can test again in spring and make final adjustments for season start. Gypsym wil improve the clayish texture of the soil to.
Remember that % of mg and k wil change in base saturation as you increase calcium. You looking for just a bit less k and mg and more Ca. You got something to work with, looks pretty nice. ppm nrs look pretty ok.
