I made amendments to my patch on February 2nd. How long should I wait before having another soil test done? I'd like to do it as soon as possible but I want the amendments to have enough time to take effect.

Forgot to mention that main amendments were gypsum, lime, and aged horse manure.

Two weeks is the minimum but a month is better. You're good now that's for sure. Make sure all of the amendments were thoroughly integrated & take cores from all over the place down to 9". Place the dry cores in a plastic bucket & mix thoroughly. Remove bits of roots, leaves, rocks etc then send off one pint to the lab.
