Here are my soil test results. Just wondering the "optimum" level that is needed. My patch is 25' x 40'. Thanks for your help. ThePumpkinGuy@gmail.com

I would get some well composted manure in there. Put it on 4-6" deep if you can and get it tilled in.
You need lime, preferibly dolomitic, you need 80 lbs on your patch. This will adress your Ph, low Ca and borderline Mg. When you add the manure, this will likely put further downward pressure on your PH and Mg to K ratio.
You may want to consider adding some additional Phosphorus. There are various sources. The best organic source is bone meal. I would add at least 10 lbs to your patch along with the manure.
Kelp meal is also good. Add 1-2 bags, 50-100 lbs

Oh....also, don't forget 50 lbs of humic acid if you can get it!

Ditto though depending on the CEC you might need more than 80 lbs of lime.
