my patch is 1100'sq but soil depth is only 8" What if anything at this late in the game can I do?

The Mg & K are a little high relative to the Ca. You could apply gypsum but a foliar Calcium product like NutriCal would be fine too.
The pH is high. There are liquid sulfur products that can be lightly applied to knock it down a bit.
I don't know why the lab recommended so much Nitrogen. The %OM seems high to be recommending so much N however if growth is slow you probably should have added at least half this amount.
