Where is the potash (K)? Could it be the 991 PPM?

Took my soil test results and went to a few different garden centers and spoke with a few people, 2 places I went to they had NO idea, last place I went to he knew allot, asked me what I was growing and explained all the stuff to me along with were my numbers should be at and what not, He made a few suggestions and suggested to me get a second test done on the second patch with the HIGH K-ppm. So another sample was taken and mailed off this mourning.
