I had CLC Labs in OH do a test for my patch as well as IAS Laboratories in Phoenix. Now please note, I took about 20 samples within the patch for each and I had not changed anything inbetween the 2 tests (taken about a month apart).
This is the BIG thing: CLC is in pounds per acre and the IAS is in PPM.
CLC IAS in PPA in PPM
P 200+ 240 K 785 940 Ca 5753 6600 Mg 541 530 Fe 59 76 Mn 2 15 Zn 14 17 OM 22% NT Na NT 470 CEC 17 NT EC 4.7 13
So you can see using 1 PPM = 2 PPA that this is very odd. I will be checking to make sure one of these guys did not screw up, but sheesh, this is weird.
Well, now Arizona's secret is out on sodic and saline soils. Yes leach, leach, leach. Hence why I build in my drainage system.
Any input is welcome.

While it is too late this year, I'd add manure this fall to drop the pH and increase organic matter.

Ditto to Stan's suggestion. Go for heavy three to six inches and plant a cover crop too.
This almost mandates that you bring in and store manures on site. This is a natural call for composting. If you do not plan you will likely not get the heavy fall application on, in and tilled with a cover crop working.
You should look very near to excellent at about seven to eight percent OM next spring.
I would not worry about the PH at all. Sometimes we tinker to much.
