I'm going with no. I forgot and left a container open in the green house and the sprinklers watered it for a few days and it did not dissolve.

Mycorrhizal fungi. Clay has one of the largest surface areas to hold mycorrhizal fungi. Pumpkin pro has clay with mycorrhizal fungi on it. Then you get into ion + - with the soil. I still have a lot to learn. More winter reading.
