Should I be worried? Checked my pumpkin this morning and there's a jelly like substance coming from its skin in spots. It's growing fast maybe I'm feeding too much.

They do that when growing fast. Just keep it clean and dry, maybe wipe it with diluted bleach. It will scar over, giving it the cantaloupe appearance. If you keep the fruit shaded and covered with white sheet early in growth, you will get less of this.

I keep a spray bottle of diluted bleach right next to mine just in case.

One of the pumpkins with the jelly coming out split today. I had to cut it from the vine. Hopefully the other one on the plants takes.
