Its over - thank goodness... I had one heck of a first year! I learned lots and lots but have even more to learn next year if I want to catch up to the big boys. Thanks to everybody who helped me this year! I am already planning on what I want to do next year and am starting to get those ducks in a row.
My tally for the 3 weigh offs that I went to: 4th - 925 4th - 972 2nd - 1367
and 2 1st place long gourds.
How did everybody else do year #1?
Tomorrow morning at 3AM I leave for disneyland! Really... haha

Thanks everybody!!!
2100 mile round trip in less than a week, however Disneyland was awesome!
Now to get the soil samples ready to send off so I can till the patch for the winter.
My goal next year is to break into the 1400 pound category - hopefully my beginners luck will hold out! haha
I got a message that said I was in the lead for the GPC rookie of the year? How awesome is that??!!??!!??
Could have not done it without the help everybody gave me. thanks to all!
