Thanks for the tips on the "button incident"😉.Another concern was since i had some powdery mildew issues which i hope is being contained with 3 differant fungicides, one differant one every 7 days.I was wondering if i should modify my tree pattern secondaries near tip to go further to compensate for lost leaves near stump..Have not pinched some off yet.kins have set on mains about 22 feet out and pinched tips of mains off 2 feet past sets.plants are30 feet wide at stump and then little less on suceeding secondaries .probally 400sq ft per plant

A piece of advice shared that I thought was solid is to keep some vines going for the late season push. We get excited growing these things and terminating all vines can be a premature season ender. I like to keep one of the first big sides going and as the season winds down I'll let some third growth back fill some of the space vacated by old tired leaves.
