Case grande arizona

I have week old big max and spookie variety that came up. I also have 20 year old manure. I want to make a tea with it. What age should I add tea to the plant, and what is the best way to make that tea? Thanks for your help

compost tea can be used anytime, poop tea may not be good to use close to flowering because of the nitrogen, Pathogens can live in manure and multiple in the tea so some people dont reccomend it for food crops.

manure as old as yours could probably be used at anytime
