Ive got four plants started in greenhouse May 1. They are now in garden in compost and Ocean Forest potting soil. They look amazing with some leaves already measuring 20 inches across. My concern is that as they are laying over to start vining, I am noticing that the main stem is kinking a bit. I added a few stakes here and there for support. Is this something to worry about, or will it be OK. Thank you!

Keep doin what yer doin until she's safely down...wait for the warmest part of the day to make your adjustments .. That part of the the vine will eventually be as big as a beer can in some cases.. It will figure it out...good luck

Thanks Porkchop! I am really enjoying watching my kins grow up. My brother ("Firewood" from so cal) sent me some good seeds. I've got a Wallace, a Hawkley, a Fleser and a Glazier. Firewood has been growing for years. He wagered a C note if I could grow one as big as he did his first year, a nice 646 pounder! So there's pride AND money on the line! Haha! Thanks again.
