There were some very nice people on these boards that helped me out with seeds last year. Thank you to those that made a shipment. Unfortutely, I have to admit that I failed miserably overall. I had 2 that got up to a small bean bag chair, but several others just never came out, not to mention the 4 that the turkeys got to the night after I planted the seeds....
I am hoping to give it another shot this year, but I need more help with seeds if anyone has a few to spare. I think I learned a lot in year 1. Have lots more to learn this year, but I think I have a much better spot now cleared out for this upcoming year.
Please let me know if anyone has a few seeds that they would be willing to provide. I am happy to send envelopes or paypal a few bucks to cover costs. Just greatful for the help I received last year and hoping for a little more this year. Thanks in advance!

Emails sent.
Linus - great to hear from you again. Thank you for all your emails last year. I don't know that I would have made you proud, but I am not giving up yet. Going to pass on the big field pumpkin grow and focus on a few plants that I can maintain. Tried to do too much last year and everything paid the price for that. This is all much harder than I thought!!
This is going to be a family affair this year. Lots of family members saw the plants last year and want in this year. A good summer contest is about to happen, so if others have seeds to share, I will need a few more than last year as I am trying to come up with some for several families.
Thanks again to all that are willing to help.

What is the ideal PH for soil for pumpkins? Is neutral (7) best or do they want a different PH? After reading everything, it sounds as though soil should be my number 1 focus besides everything else, so that is where I am starting. Thanks for advice.

Just wanted to say thank you for the help received again this year. This is a great forum, filled with great people. I don't know enough to help anyone out yet, but if I ever figure this hobby out, I pledge to help support other newbies in the future, just like you fine people have taken care of me. Thank you.
