Subject: Pumpkin set length

I understand that 10-12 ft is the ideal length for the pumpkin to set out on the main---I lost mine at 12 ft and now appears I may get another out at 15-16 ft Will 15 ft work, otherwise I may need to go with a secondary.

Many say up to 16 feet is prime zone.
Go here, plenty of the top kins 1600+ were at 16 or 17 feet.
