I polinated my first pumpkin Today! 1579 Revier polinated by 1618 Bryson at about 11 ft. It was 95 yesterday and 96 today. It will drop to the 80's tomorrow. I hope it doesn't abort. the plant has 2 more females developing, one on each of the first two secondaries at about 8ft on each. I'll polinate those while hoping for another on the main.

FBen, tough for pollinations to take at 96 F...w/out a lil cooling chamber!!! If high temps continue,& pollinations not working, try a lil ice under a styro cooler, w/ a lil air flow!!! Peace, Wayne

the 1579 Revier has another female at about 15 ft. the 1280 Rodine has several females developing , too. one should open tomorrow. It seems wierd breeding pumpkins before church on Sunday...
