I wanted to Cross Polinate between my two plants but the male that I thought would be open this morning didn't quite make it. I peeled back the petals anyway and pollinated but the pollen wasn't quite as thick as I would have liked. Do you think this has a shot at taking or should I Self Pollinate it as well just to make sure I get a Ppumkin.

Sence you've already attempted with pollin from plant "B", I would say wait till next female and try one or the other. Although if getting a large friut is your only concern, help your self! It really only matters when you harvest your seeds, you'll have to acknowledge you don't know for sure which the male pollin came from. It's an integrity thing!!! BSD, David

Also, do not be afraid to us 3 or 4 males to pollinate the female. The more pollen the better!
