The svbs have gotten to my vine about a foot away from the stump. Im pretty sure i got them out, but the vine has some major splitting and tearing. Can I use something to bandage it up...anything on SVB recovery would be greatly appreciated (and needed). THANKS!

I don't want to have the plant disconnect from the stump. I think I may have a nice pumpkin this year and i really dont want to lose it.
