Subject: vines wilting?

I think I got them under control, but now I got vines wilting ,whats going on? the ground is not dry, I'm guessing I got SVB but where do I look? what do I do?....I been spraying with liquid seven garden hose sprayer, somebody fill me in

check your stump. is it shriveled then it's infusium. but could be anything

You should inspect your vine for frass made by a SVB as it eats its way inside. Get yourself some Merit and apply it as soon as possible if you think SVB are responsible.
Only half your vine is wilting so it is likely a SVB. Also a few of your leaves look like they are infected. Have you been applying fungicide?

Start looking at that vine where the first leaf is wilting. Inspect all around the vine, even the buried part. Follow the advise from Newman, only one vine is in trouble.
