Try to inflate it, LOL.
I would say plant a backup or hope it fixes itself.
Others may put more input.........

Its a common mutation where the plant throws multiple leaves at each node and you get a doubling then tripling then quadroupling of the vine.The vine appears larger and flat or rectangular shaped.Also called a ribbon vine.Also,you can have a normal main with flat vines as some of the secondaries.
