I am getting a ton of condensation on the inside of my cloches and it is inevitable that some of it will drip on the plants. I have read that you want to keep water off of the plants for the first few weeks. Is the condensation dripping on the plants a little bit a problem I should worry about?

Don't worry. It's not in direct sunlight. Thats when the water droplets can do some harm

No problem, just means your inside temp and humidity are higher than ambient. Try not to over water in the hoop houses, dig down a few inches and if the soil is moist the water content is fine.

open the sides up during the day to get some air flow through...be careful if and when you apply ferts that the plastic doesn't get fert on them or when they drip you could get some nasty fert burns on the leaves.
