Stores using technology to get you to pay the absolute most you are willing/able to pay (for the cheapest and lowest value product).
A dystopian world where technology is pushing us to the edge of poverty rather than adding value. As a former business owner myself, I totally understand it. But it could hasten the trend towards excess financial cushioning (profits) for some people while others are enticed to move closer towards financial downfall. Should a bag of potato chips cost $5? Well since the farmer gets about 10 cents... maybe no.
