You can't save a people who don't share your values. American military contractors set up shop backed by American military personnel and hardware. Occupation is a very profitable business. Millons of dollars we're spent keeping it going not for purpose but profit. Afghanistan is a Country of war lord's not a centralized government. A country governed by religion a religious state if you will. We setup shop in many countries for various reasons. Usually it's natural resources related. I get why we went in initially but once Osama Bin Laden was found and taken out. We should of came home!
