The title grabbed my attention because it seemed like a perfect reversal of how I think liberals feel about conservatives. Maybe the election jello in some people's heads is still wobbling because the author's viewpoint seems a bit unsteady and the author does admit that liberals hate conservatives which I find very interesting.

Anyhow:

I think the headlines in the right wing news are clickbait. I dont think they reflect reality.

Conservatives are lovers not haters. They love Trump, and love America... They love freedom and guns and taunting liberals. But I really do not see any hatred. I think irrational fear and anxiety (heaps and heaps of it, thank you left & right wing media) carries a very real risk of short circuiting rational thinking. For example, Trump says "we are going to peacefully lawfully protest" and Democrats say "listen to Trump attacking our democracy!" (How unrational can you get? Plus, this country is a republic not a democracy.) So, the agenda of the Democrats is to create fear and anxiety, and then to have the fear and anxiety create the agenda. Great plan lol.

Point of all of this is: I think we on the right should refrain from adding fuel to this self-immolation, if at all possible, and perhaps throw water on it.

Sorry if this post is too hard to follow. It only takes a few errors or omissions to turn some good thinking into a trainwreck. Oh well.

NPR played what Trump said and it's very simple and plain "peaceful & lawful" and then they continue to act like he said "burn the capital down". I guess NPR is just trolling.

Conservatives are lovers not haters, they love Trump. They love a man that tells the rioters “go home we love you, your very special” this is after the Trump loving protesters beat a police officer to death. I guess conservatives love law enforcement until they are the ones being policed. How ironic!

If it makes you feel any better I dont believe that Trump will run again. Also weakening/ infighting in the Republican party could occur.

Meanwhile...the Democrats are going awfully slow about the $15 minimum wage. If I was a Democrat I would be mad as hell... and NOT at Trump!

Maybe he wasn’t beaten to death, but his life was taken because of Trump inspired rioters! I do believe Trump will not be able to run again not worried about that at all. President Trump actually directed Attorney General William Barr to aggressively prosecute those who attack our officers and yet he loves and thinks the rioters are very special people.
