Does anyone have good or bad experiences with them? Last week I placed a order on their website. Received an immediate shipment reply that my order was shipped with a tracking number but tracking still shows not picked up a week later. Should I look elsewhere at this point?

I had good luck ordering from them a couple of years ago. They weren't the fastest at shipping my order back then. I wonder if they are experiencing pandemic-related delays or maybe the post office is.

Well after looking closer I have the same situation on some Monoammonium Phosphate that I ordered at Greenway Biotech. They are both in California. I wonder if there is a issue currently on shipping these items there. On this purchase I have a tracking number but UPS verified they have never received the package. I feel like I should have had these down months ago but getting into this late on my first attempt. If I am looking to put transplants into the patch around May 1st what is the latest I can apply in your mind? I have emailed both companies and no reply so items may not be here for awhile I'm afraid.
