Is anyone using this in there irrigation systems to raise PH and for the k factor for fertilizing?

It's either the best kept secret or nobody uses it by the abundance of responses you have. I've never used it and it is not in anything I use....so sorry can't help you with this one. Anyone else?

Now that I look closer, the 0-0-25 liquid potassium that we use from Growth Products is potassium carbonate and yes it raises PH as described on the label.
