Is it still ok to put fresh cow manure on my pumpkin patch at this time of year? If not, would i be able to compost it in time to put it on safely?

Fresh manure will burn your roots.

I would not recommend it. Too much disease pressure is my main concern. Compost it for fall application and plan on using supplementary granular and foliar fertilizers this season.
