hello looking into using perkla fertilizer for brassica's due to an area that had previous club root issues..
perlka fertiliser. calcium cyanamide fertilizer...
nitrogen 20% lime 50% based slow release has anyone used this or possible use for pumpkins..

Sounds like something only available overseas. I've never had an issue with club roots. They are slow starters, but once they get going, they take off like crazy. Plants with club roots have grown some of our largest pumpkins.

Club root in brassicas are different than what we call "club root":

Perlka will help with Brassica club root but is not a cure, it is better in my opinion to have a good rotation for your brassica's or a high pH, that is a pH over 7.5, perlka can very easily scortch your plant whatever you grow so take it steady Prolift and when you use it apply it at the base of the plant without toutching the stem. All that said the nitrogen does release slowly and can produce a stronger more steady growing plant.
