I wonder if unpastuerized honey ,would be benificial to use.As a new grower I don't know! ,if it is used by any or many growers?,one thing about honey it has much more sugar content,and hasn't had the daylights boiled out of it.does any one use it? Terry

honey has anti-microbial properties.

i think molasses would still outperform maple syrup from a microbial perspective.

Does anyone know. Grade B syrup just as good to spray? How much per gal? How many timeZ per week, I bet it works well in compost tea too?

I would contact Jim Bryson, since he grew the 1818.5 with foliar applications of maple syrup, along with other amendments, fertilizers, etc.
