While going through my unused Agro-K products I found a litre of Spraytech Oil that I never used.

I've not used an adjuvant before and wondered how much of this product I use per gallon of water.

The info is not on the label and I can't find it online....anyone using Spraytech Oil? I could really use the mixing rates please.

Glenn, it is a great product, but it will gum up a sprayer fast.

A caution that was part of the Agro_k Program warns the the oil should not be used on days when the expected tempurature could exceed 80 Degrees F.

Thanks Zander, I wait for cloudy cooler days in the evening...been there...done that with a few Agro-K products that were sun sensitive...

Tom speaks the truth Glenn. I used it for a short while and found that it gummed up my Stihl tank and was difficult to clean out. If you MUST use a surfactant, use a commercial grade non-ionic one. Better yet, use yucca extract at 1/2 oz. per gallon.

Joe, this was left over from an Agro-K order that I've never used...I don't want to foul up my sprayer so I might look into something else. Just thought it might help the fungicide program to stick to the leaves a little better.

Plant sure looked nice after using it!!

Glenn, I've been using Spraytech oil for several years and haven't had any problems with it gumming up my sprayer. I use 1/4 oz. per Gallon rate also. I would think if you had problems with getting your sprayer gummed up you could always run a good degreaser (Super-Clean or maybe Simple Green)and some very hot water through your sprayer or some other type of cleaner that breaks down the oil.

Never had a problem either. I use 2 tablespoons per gallon mixed with 2 tablespoons of baking soda for PM. Do not apply on or just before a hot sunny day though.
