I waited too long to get my Myco and the plants are already in the ground. Will it do any good to apply it to the survace around the base of the plant or should I just Wait and apply it to the vine nodes?

We carry a Water Soluble Mycorrhiza as Wayne stated. You can work granular mycorrhiza into the soil, be careful that you do not disturb any roots, I would make a circle 3-5 ft from stump around plant and gently work it in, the roots should grow into this. Obviously this isnt the way we would normally want to apply Mycorrhiza, but it may be worth a try.
