This year while amending my soil I added Epsom Salts to raise the magnesium levels. I just got my soil test back and it looks like I added too much. My EC ds/m level is at 2.8 which is high for pumpkins. The soil test says "SOLUBLE SALTS: Levels above 2.2 mmhos/cm (dS/m) may need to be reduced before further fertilizing, if aiming for 100% growth potential."
I added the stuff back in February and would have thought that it would have leached out by now. Is there anything I can do to reduce the salt level now?

Send Tom an email and ask him what the heaviest rate that you can apply liquid gypsum, then go to his website http://www.extremepumpkinstore.com an order the liquid gypsum. You can read more about liquid gypsum at http://www.soillogic.com/products/liquid-gypsum/faq At the top where it shows the links to that website click on Products and then look under liquid gypsum and it will take you to a more in depth description. I checked the price there and Tom has it listed at the same price so you can order other items at the same time from extremepumpkins website. Also be sure and read the Learning & Resources Tab on extremepumpkins website at http://www.extremepumpkinstore.com/cms-display/RESOURCE.html

Forgot the most important thing, SHIPPING, you will get it a lot faster ordering it from extremepumpkins website than compared to the company website.
