I want to prepare an under canopy watering system for next years growing season. I'm also concerned as to how I will apply my compost tea. I don't want the watering system to plug. I'm a rookie grower! Any suggestions.

Tomfly, I use an under canopy watering system, I pump my tea through the lines and filter using an inline filter, I havent had any issues. I will be carrying the inline filters, we already carry the micro sprinklers. Tom www.extremepumpkinstore.com

Do the micro sprinklers attach to 1/2 PVC? How often do you have to clean the filter? Do you pre-filter your tea? What powers the pump?

I only used the filter when applying tea. Yes they do attach to 1/2 inch PVC.

What kind of filter do you use? Do you pump the tea on? What size micro sprinkler do you use? What pattern does it spray?

The micro sprinklers have a 3 ft pattern, thanks to Thad Starr, I made an irrigation system based on his plans, rows every 6 ft, sprinklers every 6 ft per row giving me a 6 x 6 ft quadrant, perfect uniformed coverage, you can see them in my diary, or click on the link on my website and it will take you to Thads website for more detailed design. I wont grow without this irrigation system again!
