How do I apply it and how much water do i use? Please help

Blood is 10% Nitrogen most of which is soluble so this answer depends on how well amended the soil is now. If you loaded the soil with fresh manure this spring then very little blood would be recommended. If the soil is low in organic matter then 10 lbs of blood meal per 1000 sq ft.
