When my grandmother passed away two years ago, I inherited a few bottles of various supplements. One of them is a bottle of calcium supplements that have lived past thier expiration date.

Would this be a good source of available calcium for the plants if I made it into a tea or planted a few under the roots when putting the plants in the ground?

Is it possible to give them too much calcium?

They are probably in a form that is mostly plant available. Can you post the form that appears on the label?
