My soil test is showing my manganese is 3 and it should be 14-22. How do you increase your mananese?

Quinn,
There is Manganese Oxide which is awful. Oxides seem to never become available to plants in a lifetime. Manganese Sulfate is pretty good. I've used Manganese Sucrate which is the "new best' source material.
Regardless of source or rate applied , our CT soil locks up Manganese & keeps it unavailable. Drives me crazy.
The best bet is usually to get some Chelated manganese & apply it lightly twice every week during active vine-run & then every other week the rest of the year.
Good luck,
Steve

Steve, if you were a little low on the iron as well as the manganese wouldn't Lesco's High Manganese Combo be a good Choice?
